DELIVERY
We can deliver our products to France, Andorra, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain (Excluding special territories), Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal (Excluding special territories) special territories), United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Sweden, Switzerland, San Marino, Morocco, Norway, Australia, Canada, China (Beijing, Shanghai), South Korea, Hong Kong, United Arab Emirates, Iceland, Japan, Kuwait, Singapore, United States.
Prices and delivery times vary depending on the type of Products ordered, the delivery address and the delivery method chosen. We offer 2 delivery methods: Standard with Colissimo and Express with Chronopost (except for certain destinations).
The applicable prices and delivery times will be communicated to you before confirming your order.
Product prices are expressed in euros, all taxes included and excluding customs duties. For orders outside the EU, customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Standard delivery is free for orders over 300 euros.
We cannot be held responsible for any actions and / or costs and / or taxes and / or delays due to customs, over which we have no control.
RETURNS AND REFUND
You have the right to withdraw without giving any reason for 14 days from receipt of the Products.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision within the time limit by connecting to our return portal https://thierryvillenave.shipping-portal.com/rp/ (*) or by e-mail to contact @ thierryvillenave.com (**), using the form attached to these Conditions as Annex 1. We will acknowledge receipt of your withdrawal.
For returns made from the returns portal: you can edit a pre-paid return label (in this case, we cover the return costs). The return will then be made by Colissimo.
For other returns: You can choose the carrier. You will be responsible for the return costs.
(*) For returns from: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, countries -Bas, Portugal, Czech Republic.

You must return the Products as soon as possible, in any case within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal.
The Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all labels attached and intact and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
We reserve the right to not accept products that do not meet these return conditions and to return them to the customer if necessary.
Upon receipt of the Product and after validation of the return's compliance with the acceptance criteria, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
